Most clients start noticing changes in energy and strength within 2-3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear around 6-8 weeks with consistent effort. Remember, sustainable transformation takes time, and I'm here to support you throughout the entire journey.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes! All packages include nutrition guidance tailored to your goals. Professional and Elite tiers include detailed personalized meal plans. I focus on creating sustainable eating habits rather than restrictive diets, so you can maintain your results long-term.

Can I switch programs or pause my membership?

Absolutely! Life happens, and I understand that. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your membership with 2 weeks' notice. My goal is to support your journey in whatever way works best for you.
