My wake-up call came when my doctor said I was headed for serious health issues if I didn't change. I finally started putting my own oxygen mask on first. Learning to set boundaries, prioritize my wellbeing, and actually listen to my body changed my entire life. I became a coach because everyone deserves that freedom.
I've now coached over 250 people through major life transitions—career changes, relationship shifts, identity crises, purpose discovery. What I've learned: there's no one "right" path. The goal isn't to find yourself—it's to create yourself, intentionally and authentically.

Common Questions About Coaching
Great question! While both are valuable, they serve different purposes. Therapy typically focuses on healing past wounds, processing trauma, and treating mental health conditions. Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented—we work on achieving goals, making decisions, and creating the future you want.
Think of it this way: therapy asks 'Why?' while coaching asks 'What's next?' Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously, and they complement each other beautifully.
Most clients report gaining clarity and experiencing 'aha moments' within the first 2-3 sessions. Meaningful behavioral changes typically emerge around weeks 4-6. Sustainable transformation—the kind that actually sticks—usually requires 3-6 months of consistent work.
That said, everyone's journey is unique. Some clients see dramatic shifts quickly, while others need more time to process and integrate changes. The key is showing up consistently and doing the work between sessions.
I hear this often, and it's usually because of one of three things: (1) the coach wasn't the right fit, (2) the timing wasn't right, or (3) there wasn't enough accountability or structure.
My approach is highly structured with clear milestones and consistent accountability. We'll also make sure during your discovery call that we're a good fit and that this is the right time for you to commit to the process. If coaching 'didn't work' before, it probably wasn't the right coach or circumstances—not a reflection on you.
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans for all multi-session packages. You can pay in full upfront (and receive a discount) or split payments over the duration of our work together. We'll discuss options during your discovery call to find what works best for your budget.
Investing in coaching is a big decision, and I want to make it as accessible as possible while still honoring the value of the work.
I ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Life happens, and I'm flexible! If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (or no-show), the session will be forfeited. Emergency exceptions are handled case-by-case with compassion.
For package programs, all sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (typically 3-6 months depending on the package). Extensions are available in special circumstances.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom, which means you can work with me from anywhere in the world. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your package and preferences.
I occasionally offer in-person sessions for St. Louis-based clients, and VIP program clients can request in-person intensive days if desired. We'll discuss your preferences during your discovery call.
