Can I bring my own design?

Yes! We love working with your ideas. Bring your sketch, photo, or concept and our artists will help customize it into a tattoo that fits you perfectly.
What if my piercing gets irritated or infected?

Mild irritation can be common during healing. If you notice redness, swelling, or discharge, contact us for guidance—we’re here to help with safe, effective care advice.
Can I change my jewelry right after getting pierced?

We recommend waiting until your piercing is fully healed before changing jewelry. Removing or swapping it too early can delay healing or cause infection.
How should I care for my new tattoo?

Keep the area clean and moisturized. Avoid soaking it, exposing it to direct sunlight, or picking at scabs. We’ll provide full aftercare instructions before you leave the studio.
Can I get tattooed if I’m pregnant or nursing?

For your safety, we do not recommend tattooing during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Always consult your healthcare provider first.
What age do you pierce minors?

We offer ear piercings for minors with parental consent and valid ID. For other piercings, age restrictions vary—please contact us for full details.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
