4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Regular appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of [XX%] of the service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations: The full service fee may be charged.

  • Payment obligations are not met,

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present, or

  • Staff are treated disrespectfully.
