My path to becoming a therapist wasn't linear—it was shaped by my own experiences with anxiety, self-doubt, and the search for meaning. I understand what it feels like to be stuck, questioning your choices, and wondering if change is even possible.
After years of personal exploration and formal training in clinical psychology, I discovered that healing isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about reconnecting with who you truly are. I completed my master's degree, earned my license, and dedicated myself to creating a practice built on authenticity, empathy, and evidence-based techniques.
